ALL TIMES SACCO LIMITED Is a Christian Faith Based Sacco affliated with CITIES OF REGUGE MINISTRIES.
It was founded in 2017 as welfare to cater for the financial needs of the members. Later on it evolved and grew to be a savings and credit co- operative society and fully registered on 31 August 2017.
OUR GOAL
Our goal as a Sacco is to empower the body of Christ by offering reliable and affordable financial services. This has been actualized by reducing our loan interest to 1% reducing balance hence offering the cheapest rate in the market.
We are also dedicated to better lives of our members and we do this by offering training and member education on investments.

We have seen our membership grow over the years and we credit this to our dedicated team of management and our royal customers who do referrals to their friends and family To become a fully registered member you need to submit a duly filled membership application form, deposit Ksh 2000 in our accout for registration and Ksh 5000 for share capital One is considered as a member once you have fully paid the registration fee and share capital and from there He/she is allowed to make monthly contribution of Ksh 500 per month. All Times sacco members have one of the greatest privileges of getting financial education periodically for free, thus giving them a competitive edge in the market .
We offer loans at the most pocket-friendly rate in the market of 1% reducing balance.Our loans are insured and the processing is done within 72 hours. To be eligible for a loan, you must have saved consistently for six months. Regardless of the amount saved our members can access loans equivalent to three times their savings, whereby any amount above your savings usually requires a guarantor who is also a sacco members.
OUR JOURNEY TO DATE
Since our inception in 2017 we have experienced an upward trajectory growth amidst the many crisis we have experienced as a country We have seen our savings grow from 298000 in 2017 to hitting 6Million in 2022. The same growth has also been reflected in our loan book which is now hitting 9 million shillings This growth has inspired us to raise our capital base and during our AGM on 7 th May 2023, the members agreed to raise share capital from ksh2000 to ksh 5000 and registration fee from ksh 1000-ksh 2000. Our income also grew from sh (64000) to shs 200,000 and this enabled us to give members dividends on share capital at 11% and on savings at 5.4 %.
The Sacco is led by a team of experienced team drawn from different fields to ensure there is balanced decision making as well as solid insights. ALL TIMES SACCO is under the patronage of REV. DANIEL MURAYA(Director/ founder of Cities of Refuge Ministries) Being a holder of masters degree in the business field and having worked with financial institutions for over 10 years , He has been very instrumental in ensuring the sacco is on the right track and all the rules are adhered to.
At the executive level, we have Mr.Paul Namu as the Chairman, He is also a holder of master's degree and is very experienced in the field of business and finance having worked with top industries in Kenya like Faulu Kenya and Toyota Kenya in the credit section.
